The Financial Services Representative is an exciting customer service role. In this position, you’ll learn to educate clients about investments, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.  In addition, you’ll earn your Securities license in Schwab’s paid licensing and training program.  Through the paid training and ongoing mentorship, until you feel comfortable in your role, Schwab fosters your continuous development in Financial Services and more!

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about investments, trading tools, market mechanics, retirement choices
  • Learn about the securities industry, including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
  • Earn your FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses
  • Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team-based culture

  • Be a problem solver: Using the training you receive at Schwab, along with your expertise and analytical thinking skills, to offer the best possible solution
