National Corporate Housing is looking for a dedicated Apartment Setup Coordinator to ensure its luxury corporate apartments are exceptional prior to guests’ arrival. In this role, you will help to inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all apartments prior to the resident's move-in; identify and quickly correct problems within the apartment, and arrange delivery of housewares and light furniture. The selected person must have a professional image, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting each apartment entirely; taking a complete housewares inventory just prior to resident’s scheduled move-in, and adding the final touches to their new home to create an exceptional guest experience
  • Quickly identifying problems, finding creative solutions, and working under pressure to correct them before our guest arrives
  • Overseeing key control for apartments inspected
  • Assisting with apartment housewares set-up and tear-down as needed
  • Conducting monthly housewares inventory; including purchasing supplies and inventory locally as directed by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • A personable self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Have an enthusiastic “whatever it takes” attitude toward providing the ultimate guest experience
  • Mobility to travel around the city in a company vehicle  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs with the assistance of a dolly
  • Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record
